We are two days into our first Community Mental Health Training Program (C-MHTP) and are thrilled about the level of enthusiasm, knowledge, curiosity, and overall response from our community workers from Akanksha Foundation, The Research Society (Jai Vakeel School for the Intellectually Challenged), Ekam Foundation and 3.2.1 Foundation! As we move forward, community workers will be trained in early identification, awareness raising, stigma reduction and provision of appropriate care to people with mental health concerns and disorders in the communities using the narrative approach. We are excited to continue in the narrative journey with these fabulous workers!
